Fantasy Flight 2015
Each December, United Airlines and Children’s Hospice International host a Fantasy Flight to the North Pole at Dulles International Airport. Their goal is to take children with life-threatening conditions and their families on a magical journey in a special plane to the land of Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, elves, princesses, storybook friends and TV characters, toys, treats, and everything that each child dreams of at Christmas time.
Mike and his friends from Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia have been volunteering at the event and making balloons for the children and their families. Here are a few photos from the event on Saturday, December 12, 2015.

Reston Holiday Parade 2015

St. Timothy Fall Craft Fair 2015
On Saturday, November 21, 2015, Mike was at the St. Timothy Fall Craft Fair doing face painting and balloons for the kids. This is one of Mike’s annual events at St. Tim’s Catholic School in Chantilly.

Life with Cancer Center Halloween Party 2015
Mike has friends who run the DC Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation. Each year, they host a Halloween party at the Life with Cancer Center in Fairfax. For several years, Mike has volunteered with his face painting at the party and this year was no exception. The Halloween party was on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.

October 2015 Jam at Cici’s Pizza
For many years, Mike hosted a face painting and balloon jam for his friends at Cici’s Pizza in Chantilly. They would get together each month to practice new designs and share ideas. K-9 Krawl 5K 2015
On Saturday, October 17, 2015, Mike set up at the K-9 Krawl 5K, an event sponsored by the Fairfax County Police Department at the Fairfax County Government Center. He did face painting and made balloons for the kids. This was his third year at the event.
